    Ordering Information:
    Goods will be dispatched within 5 working days of the order being placed (unless otherwise stated). Upon placing an order on the website, you will receive a confirmation email.

    Returns & Exchanges:
    Unspoiled goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned (at customer’s expense) within 7 days of receipt. Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please notify the Company of any goods that have been damaged in transit, within 72 hours of receipt, or no exchange will be considered.

    If returning, please dispatch goods by traceable post, including reason for exchange or refund. The Company will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit. Please note, goods will only be considered for exchange or refund if they are clean and dry and in 'as new' condition.

    Payment:

    Payment is to be made in full when placing an order. No credit account can be created. Payment can be made by Switch / Maestro; Visa or MasterCard. All products are subject to availability.

    We use PayPal so your payment is secure, look for the Locked Padlock in your Internet Browser.

    Delivery:
    All goods are subject to availability and provided that an item is in stock should be delivered within 7 - 10 days of placing an order unless otherwise stated. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail. We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom but if you would like us to send an order outside the UK, please email the details and we’ll let you know how much this service would cost.

    Cancellation:
    Customers needing to cancel an order should do so by email to customerservices@paddyware.co.uk Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be refunded in full. Orders cancelled after dispatch need to be returned to PaddyWare in 'as new' condition at the customer’s expense. The value of the order, excluding the initial postage cost, will be refunded to the card from which payment was originally made.

    Privacy statement
    By placing an order with PaddyWare the Customer agrees to data relating to the transaction being retained and processed by PaddyWare in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 or any statutory modification thereof. The data so retained will be used by PaddyWare for the purpose of accounting and marketing and will not be disclosed to any third party without the previous consent in writing of the Customer.

    PaddyWare may send to the Customer details of other Goods and services offered by PaddyWare that PaddyWare may consider to be of interest to the Customer. If the Customer does not wish to receive details of these offers then they should contact PaddyWare by e-mail requesting that data is removed from the marketing database.

    PaddyWare subscribes to the data protection principles as laid down by the Information Commissioner and all data is held securely.
